Inviting and Managing Users

To add team members in QAM Hub, an organization admin sends an email invitation, and the invited user joins the organization and is assigned to projects with a specific role. You can also enable Google single sign-on (SSO) so users from your domain join automatically.

Invite a user by email

  1. As an organization admin, open the organization's members area.
  2. Enter the new user's email address and send the invitation. QAM Hub delivers it as a transactional email.
  3. The user accepts the invite, agrees to the consent terms, and sets up their account.
  4. Assign the user to the relevant project(s) and choose their project role (admin, user, or viewer).

Enable Google SSO (optional)

Organization admins can enable Google SSO and whitelist one or more email domains. Users from a whitelisted, verified domain can then sign in with Google and link it to their account, which removes the need for individual invitations.

Managing existing users

From the members area, an organization admin can adjust project assignments and roles as responsibilities change. Organization-level limits on the number of users are defined by your plan.
