Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up — no card required — and your workspace starts a free 30-day trial of the Advanced plan with every feature included. Trials have fair-use caps on team size, projects, test cases, storage and AI usage; these lift when you subscribe. When you are ready, choose a plan and subscribe from the Billing page inside your workspace.
What is a viewer seat?
A viewer can read test cases, runs and reports but cannot change anything. Every paid user includes one free viewer seat, so stakeholders and developers can follow testing without extra cost.
Are there limits on AI usage?
All AI features are included in every plan and sized so a working QA team never runs into a limit. AI is subject to fair use: the monthly allowance grows with the number of seats, and unusually heavy or automated usage may be paused until the next month. Your organization owner can see AI usage in Billing.
Can I change plans or seat count later?
Yes. You can switch between Standard and Advanced at any time, and add or remove users as your team changes. Your monthly AI credit allowance follows the number of paid seats.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is about 10% cheaper per user and is charged once for the year. Monthly billing is charged every month and can be stopped at any time.
